If your not using ADSL then shouldn't you be looking at the 2910 rather than the 2820. With the 2910 you can have ethernet port (Virgin Cable Modem) as WAN 1 and 3G as WAN 2.

If I was going to buy a new one I may select differently, but I already have a 2820 and no longer have ADSL. As this router supports 3 different methods of connecting to the internet it would be better to choose from any 2 or even having the option of using all three rather than using ADSL as the primary and only one of the other two as a secondary connection.
Of course if DrayTek wanted to swap it for me then I would happily change but I don't think that would happen!!

I disagree with this, as I deliberately got a 2820, to give me the flexibility to have to be able to switch ISPs, when there was need and as Virgin cable service is not as available compared to DSL providers - having both options gives the flexibility of not needing to reconfigure everything when the need arises.
but everybody need is different
Thanks
Mark.
