2820 URL and Web Content Filter Priorities

I have been trialling the Commtouch web content filter on my 2820Vn. While the filter is basically OK, I am unable to exclude certain URLs from being blocked.

I have defined a keyword object for a URL, say domain.com, assigned it to a keyword group, and then added that group to a URL content profile, with a Pass action for the URL access control. The profile has then been specified as the URL Content Filter for the firewall's general setup.

Looking at the syslog, I see that the URL content filter passes the domain.com URL as expected, but the web content filter subsequently rejects it as it belongs to a blocked category.

Now, I understood the URL content filter should take priority over the web content filter (and, indeed, the 2820Vn reminds me this is the case every time I save a new content filter profile), but it clearly doesn't.

Has anyone gotten this to work?

cocospm GOOD LUCK!
Draytek don't seem to answer hardly anything on these forums just thank god that there are visitors on here who are willing to help.
Will think twice about buying this brand in the future.
My woes are.
I've been trying to configure the cms Commtouch ultimately allowing a couple of ip address to bypass this and the rest to be blocked by sending them through the Commtouch filter and it just one big nightmare.
The manuals and help guides for me are difficult to follow and there always seems to be a amazing amount of parameters to set.
I suppose these routers must be made for the techy's who specialise in that sort of thing. Shame really if I'd had known I could have purchased a much simpler router to configure.
