configure DHCP manually

At last...sorted. thank you all for your help
I just disabled DHCP on router as suggested . I thought I had configured correctly on Mac and Pc but failed miserably. I could allocate Lan IP ok but could not connect to Internet as I omitted Primary DNS.

All resolved and working now
