I've just deployed SmartMonitor and found it an absolute joy and very useful tool when tracking down some of the more exotic network issues that we had from time to time. It would be great if the arbitrary limit of 30 users for 2820 routers was removed. As this tool just uses port sniffing/span/mirroring, I can't understand why different routers would have different user limits. Very irritating, especially as I need approx. 40 users to make SmartMonitor the great tool it should be.

Well, put ti this way: How much did you pay for Smartmonitor, and how much do you think ti cost to develop ?

I've only just found SmartMonitor and have installed it this morning to monitor my V2820n.

I seem to be restricted to just 10 users - is this correct?
