2820 SMTP filtering was created by opsops
Hi,

Is it possible to set a filter up to stop SMTP traffic from anything other than our mailserver on the network, I have set up a filter, but I can still telnet and send mail to port 25 from another machine on my network.

I have set up the filters to block if no further match on port 25 any destination from any port and any ip source. I then set another rule in the same filter to allow from source ip 192.168.6.3 from any port to destination port 25.

The thing is when I have this filter enabled I cant telnet to my relay server on port 25 but with it disabled I can telnet no problem.

Its doing my head in now, does anyone know where I am going wrong?
