Had Virginmedia 50 mb service with the old modem working fine, got upgraded to the new superhub and now i cant get the 2820 to talk to the superhub at all. Very occasionally it will connect and work for a while but in general it wont play ball at all.

I tried putting a switch in between the two but that doesnt work either. Seems the 2820 will not connect to another switch. Do i need a crossover cable?

Which firmware you at on the 2820 ?
