I have an old 2800G and would like to know if I can use this with my BT Infinty? If not, which models will work with BT Infinity?

You can't use the 2800 with BT's infinity service, you'd need an ethernet router like the 2920n and use the modem that BT supply, or the 2750 does VDSL directly
