Hi,

I've just got the same problem with a 2830Vn - I've just upgraded and can't log back in and am getting "User mode is off now!"

I've tried all the suggestions below, including my own suggestion :)

Can anyone help?

**UPDATE**

Just realised I was connecting to HTTPS on the wrong port (not set to default).

Now back in :)
