We have a Vigor2920n Firmware Version : 3.3.6

Our WCF 1 month trial has expired and we have purchased a new 1 year key

But we can not seem to get it to activate so far we have done the following.

Logged into router, goto CSM, Web Content Filter Profile and click on the Activate link which then takes you to the myvigor login page, we created a login profile at vigor and then went from the start again, so when we click on the activate link it takes us to my vigor and we login fine, but when we then click on My Information there is no add button to add a new device, also sometimes a second pane shows on the right hand side of My Vigor asking us to login.

Just to make things more confusing if we go direct to the my vigor site (not via the router activate link) we then get the Add button but when we click on it we get the following message from the website "please login website from router".

We have tried IE, Firefox and Chrome but can not find a way to activate our new licencse.

Update your Vigor2920 to latest V3.3.7 firmware, and try again.
