Only two of the LAN ports light up with a LAN cable connected. Neither port responds to pings on 192.168.1.1 when in tftp mode with the PC on 192.168.1.10.

Hi,

Wow... it seems to me you got a broken one. :( (did you got any electric discharge ?)

If still in Warranty, send it for RMA.
