Hi All
I've just changed to a Draytek 2820n from a Netgear Router.
The Draytek is far more advanced and i'm still trying to work out all the different settings.
I have noticed that the download speed is about 3meg slower than the Netgear.
i am with sky on ADSL and was hoping someone might be able to tell me if there is something that i can do or some settings that i might to do to up the speed.
Sorry for being vague about this but i'm at a loss.

You're using a generic modem code.

Quoted from 3.3.7 release notes:

NOTE: ADSL Modem Codes
For general purpose usage on UK lines, modem code 232201 is recommened
For ADSL2+ Annex M lines, the latest modem code 2471201 is suggested
For line speeds of less than 4Mbps, on lower quality lines a modem code with more conservative paramaters, 211801 is suggested

I'd get code 232201 from ftp.draytek.com and use that.
