as far i know the only difference is the UK download site having only modem codes 2471201 recommended for Annex M ... the UK SEG 232201 usually is shipped here in UK with this modem code ... 211801 which seems is reporting longer loop attenuator & perhaps is helpful for longer noise lines ... All 3 with version of Annex A which is in use for UK lines ... but if someone is worrying of course can wait ...

What is worthed to wait longer for more members to test/use the new firmware & confirm there is no problems ... so someone which has to do so many settings back from the begin ... not waist time for nothing

I have just uploaded the v3.6.6 SB code to my 2830 (plain, no wireless or VoIP).

Testing with the failing dig and nslookup tests from up thread results in successful DNS lookups.

I have modem code 232201 and get the expected line speed.

Seems that they have fixed it.

HI ALL ... checking this morning DrayTek Taiwan (International) Download page & DrayTek international FTP ...HAS REMOVED THE 3.6.6 firmware
Personal i still got it up & running but not known if is faulty or the reason why is down

sorry again just a small update ... today 3.6.6.1 is out for the 2830 SB model with huge of corrections & improvements

Installed 3.6.6 for the 2850 which appeared this morning and it seems to have resolved the DNS issues.
There are no release notes for it yet.

3.6.6.1 for both SB and DB 2830s is now on the international FTP site.

3.6.6 has been working just fine for me, but I will update again over the weekend and report back if anything bad happens.

And now, on the 27th, no problems encountered, so 3.6.6.1 is staying on my 2830 for now.
