I have just bought my Draytek to replace a failing bt router. I have tried to follow the instructions but the thing refuses to connect to bt. I also found some advice in support section but the firm shown on screen seems older than mine and doesn't match.
Following the advice on various forums I have variously put the following into the ISP box
btbroadband.com
btinternet.com
bt.com
In the username box I have used the following
bthomehub
bthomehub@btbroadband.com
btbroadband
.... anything else I could think of...
For the password I've left it blank and I've tried it with BT as the password.
None has got me connected... and yes the router is plugged in and connected to the bt line.
