Hi we have a Draytek 2820 currently and wish to move across all the current settings and policy's across too the new Draytek 2960. Is there a way to do this automatically e.g. export the rules and settings to a text file and import them to the 2960?

Sorry.. DrayTek used binary files that sometimes aren't even compatible with different versions of firmware of the same hardware.

Your going to have to write it all down or cheat like me and screenshot each screen/option and then re-enter from scratch.

Just to add that even if ever will be able to load from different model ... is not recommended because of the mismatching
