Thanks for inputs everyone. I've gone to Applications >> UPnP Configuration and Enabled it but it still doesn't work :-(. I swapped the nano hub back to my old router just to check it wasn't faulty and it works on that one.

I'd be grateful if anyone is able to offer any suggestions about settings that might make it would. British Gas did say they are working on a solution, but have no date.

I'm not sure exactly how the nano hub is communicating with BG servers, but I did see some info which suggested it may be via a VPN. I don't know the interface to the 2130, but maybe you need to specifically allow that on that model?

try enabling the IGMP as well

Still no good unfortunately - I tried enabling the IGMP.
