I have set up remote management for a 2860 with firmware 3.7.3

I can telnet (so password is OK) and telnet tells me that remote mgmt is enabled for http & https, and the ip address I'm using is in the exception list (well it must be for telnet to work I assume)

When I try and connect via web (http or https) interface the password is accepted, but all I get is the logon dialog box presented again.

BTW If I put in an incorrect password, then I get the message "wrong user name", but when I put in the correct password as I said above I just get the logon dialog box presented again.

I ended up applying the 3.7.3 *.rst firmware.

I noticed when setting the password that an option to "Enable Admin Login From Wan" was ticked, perhaps it was one I hadn't notice before. All working now OK, but not sure whether I needed the *.rst firmware or that particular setting ticked.
