Hey All,

have got 8x BT Thomson phones (falcon i think they call them) and a hosted BT VOIP service.

I have dual WAN BT infinity fibre circuits linked up to my 2925n.

All going fine. However if I pull one of the WAN's all is ok if the phones have connected through the other wan (in my opinion). If I plug back in, wait a few mins.. then unplug other one... wait a few mins, my phones will ring out but not accept incoming calls and will not transfer

The connection has obviously been interrupted and unable to reestablish. I need to reboot phones to work.

I have left default QoS tick box on for VOIP.

My phones are on a VLAN on the 2925n separate to my LAN.

What more could I do to get these phones working better and surviving a switch between Internet connections in times of trouble.

Hopefully its not a "they are rubbish phones" answer and I can do something..... but ... I am ready for it :)

BTW: Latest Firmware: Vigor2925_v3.7.3.2

Thanks in advance
