3900 CVM questions was created by charles.hobbs
Hi,

Am starting to use CVM (Central VPN Management) on a relatively new 3900 router. Currently running 1.0.7 firmware.

When adding devices the Lating field is not getting populated (so the MAP function does not work) - is this an issue with the locations I have tried to enter not being recognised (used UK, United Kingdom, Crawley, Bangalore)?

When creating a VPN profile the remote IP subnet is getting wrongly set - For example a VPN to a router with a LAN IP address of 192.168.230.254/24 the Remote IP subnet is set to 192.168.230.054/024 manually changing this to 192.168.230.0/24 is required to get the VPN to work

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Charles

Sorry not having this router but until a user with the same model reply, check the released note (improvement & known issue) of the latest 1.0.7.1 firmware, if your issue appearing (fixed or not) there so you can upgrade if you have time
