2820n routing externally from 2nd IP

2820n routing externally from 2nd IP was created by master811
I have a draytek 2820n, the main LAN IP is set to 192.168.17.1, the 2nd LAN IP is set to 192.168.18.1

Is it possible for other devices to get access to the internet via this 2nd IP, as i've not been able to get it to work, they can see the gateway, but can't get connectivity out.

I understand this 2nd IP is more for external IPs, but would this work anyway?
