Problem renewing WebFilter license

Problem renewing WebFilter license was created by grantm
I have a 2830, have used the WebFilter for a couple of years. Happened to notice that the licence had expired last month so bought a new licence.

Following this FAQ http://www.draytek.co.uk/archive/kb/kb_activate_globalview_licence.html I get to the My Device List section of MyVigor. My router serial number is no longer listed and there is no Add button. Tried creating a new MyVigor account, still get the same My Device List view.

Any ideas?

To close this out I was using the wrong MyVigor account. There doesn't appear to be a quick or simple way to determine which MyVigor account a particular device is associated with.

I had the same problem which has been driving me mad. Turns out I had multiple accounts registered to different e-mail addresses. I simply sent a reset password request for all know e-mail addresses and logged in each one until the router appeared in the list.
