Hello All,
After many happy years of using my 2820 I have just purchased a 2860vn ( arrives tomorrow ) - is there a way to back up my 2820 configuration ( primarily the WAN interface as I can't remember my ISP passwd :? ) and then restore it onto the new 2860vn?
I can re-enter all my rulesets and mac <-> IP settings manually if I need to.

Any advice would be most appreciated,

it should do as long as the 2820 is on 3.3.7.4

Did the upgrade go ok? I am in the same situation, only want to save settings on my 2860 and restore to the 2860vn.

Obviously I need to set up the VoIP stuff, but hopefully everything else came across in your environment?

I will answer my own question in case it is helpful to others.

The answer is "yes", it works perfectly. I made sure the new 2960vn was on the same firmware version.
