There are decent FAQs on getting started regarding setting the router up on BT infinity, for example...but you're beyond that - i.e. after you've gotr basic connectivity..and each user will go in a different direction depending on their requirements.

You are right.
Not so sure about the lack of a simple video. It's just my impression that there are more 'getting started' videos around to do with other routers.
My thinking is that people learn in different ways, and it might help some.
That really was all.
