Good afternoon
I made the basic mistake of upgrading my 2820VN to the very latest firmware version without reading the notes and now I am unable to connect to this router. All I get is the outside lights turned on and the one light in the middle turned off.
Is there a way to perform a hard reset to fix this issue?

use first the 3.3.5.2 (if i remember correct) then update to latest
needs window pc and turn off its firewall (norton etc)
