I've just downgraded from 3.7.8.1 to 3.7.8 STD again.
The VECTOR2 firmware had much improved latency (down to about 8ms from 54ms to bbc.co.uk), but the frequent connection drops cost me nearly 1/3 of the speed (connected at full 79Mbit/s on 3.7.8, now down to 48Mbit/s ).
Hope DLM will recover sooner than later...

Which modem code were you using on the vector2 firmware?

Try using the 567517 modem code instead - I had some bad connection issues using the vector2 firmware on an ADSL2+ line, but it works well with the regular vector1 firmware/modem code. I don't have G.INP on the line though, I'm amazed that switching modem codes could make such a difference to latency.

Current DrayTek f/w does (unofficially) support G.INP but BT are leaving Interleaving on so later
firmware needs to be adjusted... but I think it's in beta with the closed test team.
