I have just bought an AP-900 as an upgrade from my AP-800 which is off to my local pub to replace a TP-Link AP. I cannot get on to the AP-900. I have used 3 browsers with the address 198.162.1.2, but all claim that they cannot see it. I have plugged it in direct to 3 different switches and direct to the Vigor 2960 router and just via a network cable to several laptops (everything has IP's within 192.168.1.*. I can get onto the internet from it via the WiFi no problems from the laptops, but quite simply cannot log into it to set it up for my network. WHAT am I doing wrong here? I have also checked it is not conflicting with any other items on the network but if I ping for 192.168.1.2 from the command prompt it cannot see anything with that address.

and set your pc ip to 192.168.1.9 and try set it , if lets you do it
