I have a Draytek 3900 as our main router on our network.
I have used the APP block feature to block all P2P.

Is it possible to add a IP to the whitelist so it is allowed for certain IP's?

If so can someone tell me how and where I am able to do this...

Create a firewall rule that blocks if no further match every ip.
Then next rule your ip that will allow the app to pass (probably create second app profile that will exclude p2p or do not select app if you have only one profile)
Don't put the app in the general setup of the firewall.
