I have a 2710 which I am replacing with a 2820, The 2820 having combe from a site where a 2860 has been installed.

The 2710 has the password for the PPPoE ADSL connection, and I would like to extract this to put into the 2820 rather than having to go through TalkTalks customer service.

I can't backup ans restore from the 2710 to the 2820.

Is there any conversion utilities or password extraction tools at all?

For info - If you have TalkTalk as your ADSL provider, even without a TalkTalk telephone line (for example, you used to have Pipex Broadband and were absorbed by TalkTalk), you can retrieve your password and username by using the below number. It is a fully automated service and reads your username and password out immediately.
