We have an ISP modem/router that we have to use. So I have DMZ the ISP modem to the 2862Lac with no problems and all is running well. We have an alarm on the ISP modem with several ports open. I have tried to open the very same ports on the Draytek, but cannot view the alarm video remotely. Obviously I have not quite got the correct settings on the 2862Lac.

Is it safe to leave the alarm on the ISP modem, bearing in mind the DMZ is on?
