PSTN Caller ID on 2820Vn was created by bollard
Caller ID has stopped working now I have plugged my PSTN phone directly into my draytek 2820Vn to use both voip and pstn services.
Calls recevied via voip display caller id, but calls received via pstn are now not displaying caller id.
I have checked the router setting but cannot find anything obvious and my firmware is the latest version.

Same problem here. Very annoying. Does anyone from Draytek answer these posts?

Same here, I have tried everything possible to get this to work, but I don't think it is possible.

It works on my 2820Vn, shame the PSTN line drops after 5 secs, but at least I have caller ID

Can I ask what version of firmware you are using. Also can you confirm that it is the PSTN line that you have CID showing for becualse according to support that is not supported at all!

Yes I can confirm I get CLID from both VOIP and PSTN. Its the latest version downloaded a couple of weeks ago. I am not at home at the moment so cant see the number.
I just cant actually use the PSTN line, as it drops after 5 secs either incoming or outgoing
