Would you please give us a bit more specific timetable/estimates/plans about IPv6 implementation. Whether IPv6 will be supported later by a new firmware on the 2800 platform or will there have to be completely new platform? Exactly whic rfcs will be supported? Many of our customers are preparing for IPv6 overhaul which is coming with many countries and RIR's formally puting deadlines for IPv6, from US to China.. We are going to buy "IPv6 supported devices only" very soon and thus all information regarding implementation in Vigor devices would be appreciated as we are very keen to continue quality experience using draytek hardware.

With only another two years until IPv4 address exhaustion Draytek, and other manufacturers, really need to pull their fingers out and get things moving.
Unfortunately no manufacturers really seem to be on the ball with this.

That's because ISPs are not pushing IPv6, until that happens and most of the Internet is IPv6, there's not much call for it.

Cisco already have a fully working IPv6 ADSL router (87x series), so it is out there, but expensive.
Many ISP networks are already running IPv6 internally, so the ball is firmly in the court of the router manufacturers to get their code updated and release IPv6 functionality built in. I know several Network Mangers who have been chasing this, but so far it's a pretty limited response from the hardware vendors.
Please DrayTek - give us some idea that you are at least working on it, and ideally dates.
Thanks
