Vigor 120 & Apple Time Capsule was created by andy wilson
Im trying to connect my Vigor 120 to my Apple Time Capsule. I have upgraded the vigor firmware with my macbook pro to the latest UK version and set up my internet provider (Utility Warehouse) username and password into the time capsule with the service area blank. All i get is connecting to pppoe on the wireless on my macbook pro and no connection. I can plug my vigor into my mac to update the firmware and view the settings but I don't know what else to do. I was told this modem is top notch for use with the time capsule.

What's a time capsule ? Like an airport ?

anyway, you need to set the 'time capsule' up as a PPPoE client to the Vigor 120; all of the setup is on on the time capsule, not the Vigor.

Oh I see..... why would you connect a Time Capsule directly to the Vigor 120? It would mean you can't put anything else on the ADSL line...or is it a router too ?

It's a router, it works the same as the Airport Extreme but with a hard drive attached for use with Apple's Time Machine feature.

Hi pal, I have the same setup, Imac-time machine- draytek 120. I have got it to work OK, but makes my connection go really slow. I'm trying to contact Draytek about this at the moment, but not getting anywhere.
