Just applied the above firmware to one of my 2820 routers and it would appear that the number of LAN to LAN VPN connections is reduced to 8.

Anyone else seen this ?

According to this it should support 32 VPN's.

What firmware was it on before? Maybe check whether there are multiple pages for the connection management page, that's caught me out before now.

I've gone back to 3.3.4_232201 as this provides the ability to create and manage 32 Lan to Lan VPN connections.

3.3.4.1_232201 only provides the ability to create and manage 8 Lan to Lan VPN connections.

There are no multiple pages (or next links anywhere on the page).

Mmm. Don't see the problem here - I am running 3.3.4.1 and have 32 entries on the LAN to LAN config page.
