Hi
Is it just me or is it a bug.
I updated the Vigor 3300v to 2.6.3 to cure the lockup problem only to find SNMP has stopped working. I am still picking up from a Vigor 2600 remotely and from a Vigor 3300 with 2.6.2 firmware (which is not locking up)on my LAN its is just the remote Vigor 3300 with the newer firmware..

When I do a scan I get "Not Connected, Socket error 10054) sorry no MIB2 ports found on this device.
I am using PRTG4

Update

I upgraded a 3300 on my LAN and it stopped working.

Support has passed the problem on to the engineers.

Reply from support

Draytek engineers have confirm that this is known issue and they are working on it.It would be resolved in next firmware release.

I was struggling to get SNMP data from our 3300V+ with firmware version 2.6.3 (EN) but after reading the release notes, it seems a feature was added to enable/disable control of SNMP. In System > Access Control you'll find a section called Management Method, where you have a checkbox option for SNMP.

Once you've done this, you should get SNMP working again. Hope this helps.

You also need to add the IP of the SNMP client to "Management Access Control".
