I have tried:

If you updated using the "all" file, your old password should be still active.
Username: admin
this is always correct.
if you updated with the "rst" file, the router is reset to default settings, then, the password is reset, then try "password" as the password

Being unable to login to the webinterface can also result because of security settings of your browser:
try a vanilla internet-explorer, with standard settings. Disable all Internet-filtering software, and, check that scripting is allowed.

to check if this is the problem, try a login using telnet. If the login with telnet works, but, not using the web-interface, there is a problem with your browser settings.

yes there is a bug with 3.3.5.2 and the login box I have seen the same in chrome. I enter the correct details, cant login (but no error) if i enter a wrong password the login box does state "incorrect"

I then try IE and it logs in OK

I reported a bug a while back in Opera. If you click Login with the MOUSE, it logs in correctly, if you tab to the login with the KEYBOARD and press Enter it does not.

Crappy non-standards web code.... Draytek should know better....

This problem occasionally occurs on IE8 too. Correct details result in the login box again. Incorrect details result in the login box again but with the red message stating the details are incorrect.
