Internet dropping out was created by cleary1981
I have been having issues with my Draytek 2830 which I cannot get my head around. I have BT fibre braodband line conneted to vigor router via BT Openreach box. Some days I loose my internet connection every 10-20 mins. Other days there is no problem. When I loose the intenet connection, remote users dialing in can stil access the network fine. A reboot of the router sorts the problem but this is becoming quite a pain having to reboot so often.

Has anyone had any similar problems or can any suggest a solution?

Thanks for the suggestions. I have made the changes as suggested above. Will test over the next few days and see if the problem is gone.

I have a similar problem with the 2860n+.
However, I only experience drop-outs when it's actully used.
It'll connect for 48 hours over a Sat / Sun, but as soon as somebody is on the network, reboots happen between 3 and 8 minutes.
That's on an BT ADSL 2+ line, London Southbank Exchange.
SNR is 20db, but Margin has gone up to 15db now.
