I have now applied Firmware v4.4.5.8_BT to my Vigor2865ac
Immediate observations.
Immediate observations.
- Time is now correct, with default setting in Advanced.
- DSL Status page remains slow to load and still takes over 10s to show

DynDNS error seems to have returned with 4.4.5.8, as was in 4.4.5.5

This new firmware is an utter garbage again!
Since applying it to my 2865 router today at around 7pm ... here is a wee graph showing how many times the router has restarted itself!
Every flipping 20-30 minutes the router is restarting itself!
What a flipping joke this is Draytek ?!
How the hell we are meant to trust any *critical* firmware if it does this to the production device in a business envinroment ?!

My Vigor2865ac has been running since I upgraded it with no reboots. That's over 4 days.
Features I'm using
- Wireless mesh root
- Site to site VPN
- NAT, firewall
- Multiple VLANs
- VDSL WAN
Not using any DDNS or QoS.

This situation with latest firmware on 2865 is ridiculous.
Here's an uptime stats.
22 minutes uptime! Wow, what a success!
I have to roll it back
UPDATE after rollback to the previous version
This was the last straw - our whole Draytek kit has been marked for scrapping - 10x routers and at least 30 APs. 👌

4.4.5.8 is no better on a 2866 either - mine reboots once per day, better than your 20mins, but none the less - have had to revert to older "insecure" 4.4.5 firmware, which does seem to stay up for 3 weeks before I have to reboot it manually as traffic throughput just dies. Mine is connected via gigabit fibre to the premises, not VDSL anymore, but had very poor reliability from the 2866 vs my olod 2860 when it was on VDSL. Something drastic has gone wrong within Draytek, they used to be brilliant, but firmware has become so unreliable in the last years or so, and very poorly tested - v4.4.5.2 gave a repeatable access forbidden message on QoS UI pages, so had to ditch that one too - never been tested IMHO.
