We (DrayTek UK) operate a UK/Ireland users' mailing list which keeps you updated on items of genuine interest or use to our users. As your DrayTek communications device forms a vital part of your network, and is often the border to the outside world, it's especially important that we can communicate security updates or info about new threats in the wild.

We urge all operators/users to join the list. We normally send out a mailing every few months or immediately if there is important security news. Topics may include:

• Information about major firmware updates
• Important security or safety information

Our recommendation is to also subscribe to a general mailing list which often has related and/or supporting news. This mailing list also includes any updates that require widespread notice as well as hints and tips to help with your usage and details of new support articles.
Topics may include:

• The latest new product news
• Special offers or promotions
• Relevant webinars including training
• Any other information of genuine interest to users

Both include beneficial notices, in which we highly consider firmware notifications to be crucial if you require support for technical update checks, and our news mailing list a beneficial addition, highly recommended for optimal awareness of all security updates and products. You can unsubscribe to either or both mailings at any time by clicking the link in the email.

Both mailing lists are available only for users in the UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Channel Islands. If you are in another region, please instead check the support or other services in your own local region for support services.
