Can anyone advise on what to do without restoring to factory settings on the following:

A Vigor 2830n single, is working correctly, but cannot be connected to via ip address. Local computer using Windows 7.

If i understand correct, can not log to the draytek ip address? if yes maybe the default 192.168.1.1 of the 2830 has changed or at W 7 go to network connections>>ethernet or wifi>>right click properties >> internet connection properties ipv6 (tcp/ipv) & set obain ip & dns automatic
