Silent VOIP Calls over SIP with 2830 was created by sarahhorizone
We are using a 2830 with an Avaya phone system over SIP trunks. We are getting silent incoming calls which seem to be caused by the call coming in on one media port & out on another. We have tried several things but can't seem to find the setting on the router that is causing this. Can anyone help?

Having similar issue with latest BX2000 IPPBX and Grandstream phones....
