Hi,
Two questions:
Can I change my username on the forums? - If so how please.
I purchased and supplied Draytek routers etc for a local church. Is it ok to register/set up a Forum user name for them - because I have all the purchase info? I just want to ensure I can ease a 'hand over' . Or do I need them to register here?
Thanks

Any UK user can have a forum account and it';s entirely acceptable that someone who manages someone
else's DrayTek router has their own account for that purpose.

I don't think you can change usernames as it would change 'history'. You'd need to create a new a/c.
