Hi all,
I have a Vigor 2860n and the DSL light is on constantly.
I've tried to do a firmware upgrade but cannot access the GUI.
any advice or is my product bricked?

Try using the separate Draytek Firmware Utility which is available in the firmware section on the DrayTek site.
Worked for me when a AP910c update went wrong.
