Hello, I've emailed support@draytek.co.uk but not had a reply after resending my message. Two weeks I've been waiting. Is Draytek email support dead?

Having used a checking tool that address doesn't appear to exist , I always use the support request form provided here :

https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/techquery

they are not lightning fast but I have always had a response.

I'm not sure that's a valid email address... where did you see it ?

It was used by the support team to email me about another case a while back. Weird that it is no longer valid. Thanks for the help

Oh, sorry, yes, I think it's used to to respond to tickets but you can't email it for fresh cases, though I'd have expected an auto-responder. Use the form for that.
