Discord isn't on the list of Qos Apps. Has anyone setup Discord with QOS, if so what details did you use?

Discord isn't a traditional VoIP application and uses random ports. Draytek routers are designed for use with IP phones and more traditional VoIP. Anything like Discord, TeamSpeak etc you'd need to create your own policies.
