Thanks for this by the way...
No - i've got a ring tone (but I noticed that the "ringtone only when registered" advanced phone option is unticked) but I've definately no R just the - that indicated it's failed to register.
I wish I could get this debugging messages to work...
Pete.

hmm.
I've tried going back to basics.
I've tried telnetting to sip2.plus.net and nat.plus.net on 5060 and 5082 in combinations to find out which service is running on which port.
sip2.plus.net deffo accepts connections on port 5060 (this is the registration port right?)
nat.plus.net is deffo running on port 5082.
So my settings are correct. I've logged into the plusnet portal and changed the password..... thinking maybe the default one possibly hadn't been set on gradwells server.
It's like the router isn't making an effort to register though - it's almost like VOIP is turned off?!?
Grr... need logs!

Well I found the problem.
I'm running internal DNS here - and have the DHCP server setup to point my DNS server on the LAN.
I replaced the hostnames with the IP addresses and it registered.
This is obviously a bug.... How do I go about informing draytek?

I've just struggled getting my Draytel acc registered ... and it turns out that this fixed my issue.
I swapped out my internal DNS on my DHCP settings to use the a DNS server from my ISP and it worked straight off the bat.
Hmm .. bug?
Anyway. This saved a lot of hassle so a big thanks to the original poster.
