Hi guys, any developments in PSTN POTS Caller ID working yet on their 2820Vn. Mines working fine for incoming calls on the Voip number (caller ID's coming through), but not on incoming BT line - just says external call.

I know this post was a while ago but I've just encountered the same problem. I have no callerid on my pots line through my new 2820vn running the latest firmware. Will this issue be resolved?

I have the latest firmware and do get Caller ID on POTS and VoIP. However I have the issue of the POTS line is dropped after 5 secs, incoming or outgoing. Its rarther annoying. Tried all the usual tricks of altering gain to no avail.
