Same problem for me too. All i've got is a hyphen where it used to say R for connected on my 2820Vn
UPDATE 23 July 2009 : This was my fault as I had incorrect settings in my Draytek 2820Vn - this is due to me using the WAN2 port (with a DG834 as the modem) rather than built-in ADSL modem (as it connects!). It is now solved by using settings as used by X-lite the SIP software from the Draytel FAQ/Support pages.
