I have a client with 2 sites and a 2800VG running fw 2.8.2 at each one. They would like to try out VOIP between the 2 sites.
Where do we start? Have heard about SIP and VOIP phones, but cannot find information in a simple step 1, 2, 3 etc description.
Can anyone point me to such a document?

Someone can probably be more comprehensive but firstly go and open a pair of DrayTEL accounts (free!) at www.draytel.org
Then follow their instructions to set up the Vigor2800VG
Plug a regular telephone into each of the routers.
You can then call between them by dialling the other's DrayTEL ID, which I think always starts with an 8 (e.g. 899999#)
You can also dial their IP address directly, but that is not as friendly.
