Draytel no voice over PSTN was created by salerio
Hi
I've got an XLite phone on a laptop logging onto Draytel and it works fine if I use another Draytel phone to call it using VoIP. If I call the phone from a landline number using the assigned area number I cannot receive audio on the client but it transmits the voice only.
As I say it works perfectly if I dial in using another Draytel tel account.
Same if I use the client to dial out to a landline, incoming voice doesn't work but incoming voice works if I dial out to my other SIP account.
I'm behind a 2820V router and I am using a Draytel account from a POTs phone plugged into the router and the laptop is on the same network. I've tried giving the laptop it's own public IP address, still the same symptoms.
I was wondering whether it was my setup or Draytels PSTN-to-VoIP gateway.
