Next problem: Does anybody knows which user prompt number is for the voicemail prompt in the IVR configuration menu? I mean the prompt which is played for an external caller who wants to leave a message.

I could do with the same information.

I think the standard prompt is almost rude. At least it could say something like "I'm sorry the person you called is not available, please leave a message after the tone!".

Anyone? Please?

have you tried the windows sound recorder?

this is usually found in start menu > all programs > accessories > sound recorder.

Call the PBX support number; they will tell you how, but the easiest way is via an extension handset.
