UK PBX Helpline was created by admin
The DrayTek IP PBX helpline (technical support) number is
0845 557 0279
This is for users in the UK/Ireland only for the VigorIPPBX 2820 and 3510.
Please have your PBX serial number to hand when calling.
(But you can use the forum too of course and the normal online support)

Twice today the line has gone dead immediatley after me saying that I have some questions on the IP PBX 2820. Fault on the line or a support helpline that does not want to help?

This number just starts playing music as soon as you call it?

yes it does play music, but i can confirm that this number is still valid.
I rang it yesterday and was connected after about minute to a helpful chap who made some suggestions as to changes to the router to try and solve an issue with our phone connections.
Am monitoring the situation, and have a call reference for any followups
Thanks

Why do you not support the BX2000ac as well?
